To change these setting simply go to campaign>> Setting >> Location and add the region and country you want to target. Modify the bids according to ad scheduled, demographics and devices
By selecting #campaign >> setting >> Advanced Targeting Options you can modify the bid by increasing or decreasing it. In Ad schedule you can adjust bids according to days of week and time format.
By choosing demographic adjustment you can increasing or decreasing according your bid amount as per gender and age of your user. You can increase your bid amount if you think your ad is more relevant for particular age or gender by selecting #campaign >> setting >> Advanced Targeting Options >> demographic.
If you think your ads are more suitable for particular devices you can increase bid amount as per device used by your user by going through #campaign >> setting >> Advanced Targeting Options >> Device. For smartphone you can increase by +300% and decrease by -100% and in case of tablets and PC/Laptops this limit change to maximum +300% and minimum -20% .
